Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization
    We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

  3. Prepare Your Package
    Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent. Include your receipt or proof of purchase and the RA#.

Shipping Your Return

We recommend returning items via Canada Post for secure and trackable service. You may choose one of the following methods:

  • Prepaid Shipping Label:
    Upon request, we can provide a Canada Post prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Ship on Your Own:
    You can ship the package back using a carrier of your choice, but we recommend Canada Post for reliability and tracking. Please ensure to send to the address provided in your RA# instructions.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Partial Refunds:
